采用机械化学法对蒙脱土进行有机插层改性,研究了固含量、反应时间、醇水比、改性剂的加入量、研磨时间等因素的影响。结果表明,在体系固含量为35%、反应时间0.5h、醇水比为1:8、加入1.0CEC的改性剂可使其层间距从钠化后的1.2nm提高到约2.0nm,且片层结构规则;短时间的研磨有利于提高改性蒙脱土的层间有序性,延长时间则会破坏其片层结构。
The mechanical intercalation of montmorillonite was carried out by mechanochemical method. The effects of solid content, reaction time, alcohol / water ratio, modifier addition, milling time and other factors were studied. The results showed that when the system solid content was 35%, the reaction time was 0.5h and the alcohol / water ratio was 1: 8, 1.0CEC modifier was added to increase the interlayer distance from 1.2nm after sodiumization to about 2.0nm. Lamellar structure rules; short-term grinding is conducive to improving the modified montmorillonite interlayer order, prolonged will destroy its lamella structure.
