自从螺旋藻的开发利用研究引起国内许多科研单位的重视以后,近十年来各单位从不同渠道引进和分离了不少螺旋藻藻种。据资料报导:螺旋藻属中的藻种之间其植物学形态、生理学特性以及蛋白质生产的性能有很大的差异。因此,对收集到的螺旋藻藻种进行培养观察和蛋白质试生产,以选出适合我省气候条件、能够用于螺旋藻规模生产、蛋白质含量高以及高产、稳产、采收工艺简便的螺旋藻种就成为开发利用研究工作中的首要任务。现就我们对所收集到的四个螺旋藻种试验研究的结果报导如下。 一、材料和方法 1.藻种来源 供试验的4个藻种是:
