近两年,我院党支部自2013年底以来,多渠道启发、引导医务工作者将基层党建视角投入医院文化,通过加强医院文化建设,将党建工作与卫生业务管理工作有机融合,有效避免了“两张皮”的现象。经过两年多的实践,以医院文化建设为载体,将党建工作辐射、渗透到了医院管理的全面工作中,党组织的创作力、凝聚力、战斗力有了明显增强。学习先进,营造医院文化建设氛围。院党支部积极采取“走出去、请进来”的方法,将文化建设理念引入全院各科室。
In the past two years, since the end of 2013, our party branch has inspired and guided medical workers into the hospital culture from the perspective of grassroots party building.
