本文报道对人体乳腺癌在正常免疫力小鼠肾包膜下异体移植生长的观察。未经化疗的乳腺癌8例标本,共76个异体移植物,在6——13天间,97.4%(74/76)呈阳性生长,未生长和阳性生长者各占1.3%(1/76)。在此基础上又对3例人乳腺癌移植小鼠进行化疗药物敏感性的观察,结果表明,各对照组皆呈阳性生长,各给药组都呈阴性生长,但同一肿瘤对不同药物的反应并不一样,该实验结果可作为临床制定化疗方案的参考。
This article reports on the observation of the growth of human breast cancer in allografts underneath the kidney capsule of normal immune mice. Eight cases of breast cancer without chemotherapy, a total of 76 allografts, in the 6 - 13 days, 97.4% (74/76) were positive growth, and no growth and positive growth were 1.3% (1/76 ). On this basis, we observed the sensitivity of chemotherapy drugs in 3 cases of human breast cancer transplanted mice. The results showed that all the control groups showed positive growth, and all the treatment groups showed negative growth, but the same tumor responded to different drugs. Not the same, the experimental results can be used as a reference for clinical development of chemotherapy regimens.
