运用ANSYS有限元分析软件,针对轴向绕组结构的磁流变液阻尼器,建立电磁场有限元计算模型,分析阻尼间隙通道的磁场特性,并建立径向线圈磁路结构的电磁场有限元模型,分析径向结构的阻尼间隙通道的磁场分布特性,对比有限元理论分析得出轴向绕组结构能在阻尼间隙通道产生近似平行平板磁场特性的均匀磁场。然后对轴向绕组结构在阻尼间隙通道产生的磁场进行测试,试验得出轴向绕组结构的阻尼器间隙通道磁场特性优良,更有利于磁流变效应;试验结果与理论分析基本一致,有限元分析方法为轴向绕组阻尼器的理论研究提供了方法参考。
Using ANSYS finite element analysis software, the finite element model of the electromagnetic field was established for the magnetorheological fluid damper with axial winding structure. The magnetic field characteristics of the damping gap passage were analyzed. The electromagnetic field finite element model of radial coil magnetic circuit structure was established. Radial structure of the damping gap passage of the magnetic field distribution characteristics of comparative finite element analysis of the axial winding structure obtained in the damping gap passage parallel to the magnetic field generated by a uniform magnetic field. Then the magnetic field of the axial winding structure in the damping gap passage is tested. The experimental results show that the magnetic field characteristics of the damper gap passage in the axial winding structure are excellent and the magneto-rheological effect is more favorable. The experimental results are in good agreement with the theoretical analysis. The analysis method provides the method reference for the theoretical research of axial winding damper.
