走出去跨国并购是提高对外投资流量和质量的重要手段,同时也是企业走向国际化的自身需求。本文以广东为例,从跨国管理人才、跨国并购融资、对外投资风险和了解境外市场等角度提出政府扶持跨国并购的政策,并认为高新技术、节能环保、资源和能源等产业是对外投资和并购的重点,建议促进传统优势产业向劳动力资源丰富的国家和目标市场转移。本文还针对东盟、欧州、北美、非洲和拉丁美洲等不同地区和国家的特点提出不同的走出去策略。
Going Global Cross-border M & A is an important means to improve the flow and quality of foreign investment, and is also an own demand for the internationalization of enterprises. Taking Guangdong as an example, this paper puts forward the policy of government to support cross-border mergers and acquisitions from the perspectives of transnational management personnel, cross-border M & A financing, foreign investment risk and understanding of overseas markets. It also considers that high-tech, energy saving and environmental protection, resources and energy industries are both foreign investment and M & A The focus of the proposal to promote the transfer of traditional industries to the labor-rich countries and target markets. The paper also proposes different strategies for going global according to the characteristics of different regions and countries in ASEAN, Europe, North America, Africa and Latin America.
