目的:探讨泌尿外科实习教学模式改革。方法2009级35名实习医师采用PBL结合标准化的新教学模式,作为研究组;对2008级45名实习医师采用传统实习教学模式,作为对照组。采用综合考试、笔试等方式对教学模式进行评估。利用SPSS13.0软件分析两组的数据,采用独立样本检验,以<0.05为有差异。结果研究组同学的相关知识成绩及病历质量高于对照组,两组比较后差异有统计学意义<0.05。研究组少数民族学生的相关知识成绩及病历质量明显高于对照组,两组比较后统计学差异明显<0.01。结论 PBL+标准化结合的新教学模式提高了本科生的实习效率,符合新形势下实习教学的要求。“,”Objective To explore the teaching mode reform practice in Department of urology. Results The medical records of achievement and related knowledge of quality study group students is higher than that of control group, compared the two groups had significant dif erence after <0.05. And record related knowledge score of quality study group of minority students is significantly higher than the control group, two groups of comparison significant dif erences < 0.01. Conclusion PBL+ standard in combination with a new teaching mode to improve the undergraduate practice ef iciency, accord with the practice teaching requirements under the new situation.
