本专利介绍延迟时间可调的宽带磁泡延迟器件。将单轴磁性材料的薄片或膜,放在垂直(横过)膜面的均匀磁场中,这种材料由一个两维的圆柱畴(即所谓磁泡)阵列充满。蒸发的金属发射极在膜的一端,检测器探头在膜的另一端。把被延迟的信号加在发射极上,就会产生一个垂直(横越)膜面的磁场梯度,并在电极附近产生振动的泡。这种振动,由于波的传播传输到膜的另一端。用检测器探头和外检测器电路,检测出振动(波)。由均匀外磁场幅度的变化,实现延迟。
This patent describes a broadband bubble delay device with adjustable delay time. A sheet or film of uniaxial magnetic material is placed in a uniform magnetic field perpendicular (across) the surface of the film, which is filled with an array of two-dimensional cylindrical domains (so-called bubble). The evaporated metal emitter is on one end of the membrane and the detector probe is on the other end of the membrane. Applying the delayed signal to the emitter produces a vertical (transverse) membrane gradient and a vibrating bubble near the electrode. This vibration is transmitted to the other end of the membrane due to the propagation of waves. Vibration (wave) is detected by the detector probe and the external detector circuit. By a uniform change in the external magnetic field, to achieve delay.
