患者郄×,男,45岁。因右侧颌面部肿胀伴发烧2天,来本科住院治疗。初诊:右侧颌面部多间隙感染。检查:T39℃、P80次,右侧面部上自颧弓下至舌骨上,前达鼻唇沟,后到下颌升枝后缘明显肿胀,触痛,皮表温较对侧略高,但不红,无波动。(?)缺失,(?)松动Ⅱ°,(?)未见萌生。在(?)龈颊沟有一红肿的粘膜突起,同侧颌下淋巴结可触及,其无特殊,实验室检查:Hb:12g%、WBC:19400、N:
