研究了研磨盘材料和尺寸对材料去除效率的影响。利用MATLAB软件仿真分析研磨盘与反射镜表面的不匹配度,结合研磨盘的磨损效率,确定了适合非球面研磨加工的研磨盘尺寸及刀具路径,针对不同研磨阶段为研磨盘材料和尺寸的选择提供依据,以提高加工效率和提升面形误差收敛效率。并将分析结果运用到大口径SiC非球面反射镜的实际加工中。
