陈景甫(1915-2008),浙江绍兴市人。历任绍兴市工商联副主任委员、民建绍兴市委员会主任委员、绍兴市人民政府委员、政协副主席、浙江省政协委员、民建绍兴市委员会名誉主委。作者前半生主要从事地方商业活动,主营卷烟业,十分熟悉其中内情。他的回忆对民国时期商铺学徒、宁绍沪一带行商贸易、绍兴卷烟业发展史、地方商会组织的人员和功能及实际运作都有详实的介绍,对抗战爆发、1949年解放等特殊时间节点的地方政情民风,也有生动的叙述。新中国成立后,作者的身份经历了由商入政的转变,不仅亲历抗美援朝、三反五反、私营工商业改造、“大跃进”、“文革”等重大历史事件,对建国初期的工商联和中国民主建国会负责的行政业务也十分熟悉,可以为现代史研究提供有益的资料。本文系据作者生前所著回忆性自传《了然人生》选编,文字悉从原作,个别章节编排顺序有所微调,并有少量删节,各节小标题均由编者重拟。
Chen Jingfu (1915-2008), Shaoxing City, Zhejiang Province. Served as vice chairman of Shaoxing Federation of Industry and Commerce, chairman of the Democratic National Construction Association Shaoxing City, Shaoxing City People’s Government, CPPCC Vice Chairman, CPPCC Zhejiang Provincial Committee, chairman of the Democratic Construction Shaoxing City Council honorary chairman. The author is mainly engaged in the first half of local commercial activities, the main cigarette industry, are very familiar with the inside story. His memories of the Republic of China apprentices shops, Ningshao Shanghai trade business, the history of Shaoxing Cigarette Industry, the local Chamber of Commerce personnel and functions and practical operation has a detailed introduction, the outbreak of the War of Resistance Against Japan, the liberation of 1949 and other special time nodes Local political atmosphere, but also lively narrative. After the founding of new China, the author’s identity has undergone a change from being a businesswomen into a political one. This article is based on the biographical autobiography of the author’s “natural life” autobiography in his lifetime.
