环庚三烯具有特殊的臭味,接触空气后呈黄色.作为一种新化学用品,曾有过误用环庚三烯作印刷机清洗剂,发生急性中毒的事故报道[1].环庚三烯为强烈的原发性刺激剂,其蒸气有催泪作用.对皮肤和黏膜有局部的刺激作用,目前国内还没有环庚三烯的测定方法的报道,国外关于环庚三烯的资料也很少,我们根据<车间空气中有毒物质监测研究规范>的要求研制了注射器采样[2],聚乙二醇20 M色谱柱分离,气相色谱氢火焰离子化检测器检测的方法,结果满意.
