记者:据说用友最先想在创业板上市,后来怎么又转到主板市场上市呢?您认为创业板的设立是否已成熟?王:用友最早意识到上市的重要性是在1997年,1998年下半年正式启动了上市的工作。根据我们当时对自身特点和资本市场形势的分析,用友要上市可能有三条道路:国内“买壳”上市、海外直接发行上市、国内直接发行上市。国内买壳上市,应当说是非常不错的选择,操作时间短、产业影响大、收益也不错,很多 IT 同行走的就是这样一条路。
