根据《城市房屋拆迁管理条例》、《广州市城市房屋拆迁管理办法》的规定,我局对下述国有土地范围内的房屋拆迁申请进行审查,核发房屋拆迁许可证[编号:拆许字(2006)第8号]。现将房屋拆迁许可证的内容和有关事项公告如下: 一、建设项目名称:技工学校。二、拆迁地点和范围:海珠区赤岗西路30号,即系赤岗西路30号一部分及房屋数间。三、拆迁人:广州市包装印刷技工学校。四、拆迁实施单位:广州市包装印刷技工学校。五、拆迁期限:自2006年3月27日至2007年9月30日止。六、拆迁人员进行房屋拆迁工作时,应当佩戴房屋拆迁员证;未佩戴房屋拆迁员证的,被拆迁人、房屋承租人有权拒绝与其协商。
