This was a major measure taken to welcome the convening of the Sixth Plenary Session of the 14th CPC Central Committee. It was also the implementation of the spirit of the Double Civilization Unit Commendation Meeting of the Ministry of Electric Power, combined with the actual situation of the Bureau, advancing two Civilization construction mobilization meeting.
