建筑消防给排水系统在城市建筑工程建设中占有非常重要的位置,消防给排水系统设计的合理与否,与人们的生命、财产安全问题密切相关。因此,必须重视消防给排水系统设计及施工质量,并根据最新颁布的《消防给水及消火栓系统技术规范》,对给排水系统中存在的问题予以优化改进,以提升建筑消防给排水系统建设质量。本文以2013年重庆船舶科技综合大楼工程项目消防给排水设计为例,结合新消规的相关标准与条文,对比新老规范相关条文的差异,提出在今后消防给排水设计中需加强的方向。
Building fire water supply and drainage system occupies a very important position in the construction of urban construction. Whether the design of fire water supply and drainage system is reasonable or not is closely related to people’s life and property safety. Therefore, we must attach importance to the design and construction quality of fire water supply and drainage systems, and optimize and improve the existing problems in water supply and drainage systems according to the newly issued “Fire Water Supply and Fire Hydrant System Technical Specifications” so as to enhance the quality of building fire water supply and drainage systems. Taking the design of fire water supply and drainage of Chongqing Shipbuilding Complex in 2013 as an example, this paper compares the differences between the relevant provisions of the new and old norms with the relevant standards and provisions of new consumer regulations, and puts forward the direction to be strengthened in future fire drainage and drainage design.
