目的:探讨LONP1基因在大肠癌组织中的表达情况及其与临床病理特征关系及预后意义。方法:选择上海芯超生物科技有限公司提供的90例附有随访信息的结肠癌组织芯片,免疫组化方法检测LONP1表达;采用Spearman秩相关系数分析LONP1蛋白表达与结肠癌临床病理指标间的相关性;采用Kaplan-Meier生存曲线、log-rank检验以及Cox比例风险模型,分析LONP1蛋白表达与结肠癌预后的相关性。结果:LONP1在大肠癌组织中的表达均显著高于癌旁组织(P=0.000);LONP1高表达与肿瘤浸润深度、TNM分期、淋巴结转移具有相关性(P<0.01);生存分析示LONP1蛋白表达与结肠癌预后具有相关性(P=0.034),是结肠癌预后的独立相关因素(P=0.045)。结论:LONP1蛋白参与了大肠癌的发生、发展过程,可能成为大肠癌新的肿瘤标志物及预后指标。
Objective: To investigate the expression of LONP1 in colorectal carcinoma and its relationship with clinicopathological characteristics and prognostic significance. Methods: 90 cases of colon cancer tissue chips with follow-up information provided by Shanghai Core Ultra Biotechnology Co., Ltd. were selected. The expression of LONP1 was detected by immunohistochemical method. The correlation between LONP1 protein expression and clinicopathological parameters of colon cancer was analyzed by Spearman rank correlation coefficient The correlation between LONP1 protein expression and the prognosis of colon cancer was analyzed by Kaplan-Meier survival curve, log-rank test and Cox proportional hazards model. Results: The expression of LONP1 in colorectal cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in paracancerous tissues (P = 0.000). The high expression of LONP1 was correlated with the depth of tumor invasion, TNM stage and lymph node metastasis (P <0.01). Survival analysis showed that LONP1 protein The correlation between the expression and the prognosis of colon cancer (P = 0.034) was an independent factor related to the prognosis of colon cancer (P = 0.045). Conclusion: LONP1 protein is involved in the occurrence and development of colorectal cancer and may be a new tumor marker and prognostic indicator of colorectal cancer.
