目的探讨宁夏银川市某中学学生亚健康与体质量指数(Body Mass Index,BMI)的关系及影响因素,为改善青少年健康状况提供参考。方法采用青少年亚健康多维评定问卷,对整群抽取的2 660名银川市某中学学生进行问卷调查,并进行身高、体重测量,计算BMI。结果 2 660名学生中,体重过轻检出率为25.8%,正常体重为62.7%,超重为9.4%,肥胖为2.1%。不同年级、性别学生BMI的分布差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。中学生身心、躯体、心理亚健康症状检出率分别为59.2%,45.3%和50.2%;不同BMI中学生身心、躯体、心理亚健康症状检出率,差异均有统计学意义(χ~2值分别为14.835,21.700,15.291,P值均<0.01)。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,年级、饮酒状况、父亲文化水平、体育锻炼、学习成绩、家庭经济状况、BMI是中学生亚健康的影响因素(P值均<0.05)。结论学校和家长应互相配合,增加学生体育锻炼的时间,并培养良好的生活习惯。
Objective To explore the relationship between subhealth and body mass index (BMI) in a middle school student in Yinchuan, Ningxia and its influencing factors, so as to provide reference for improving adolescent health. Methods A total of 2 660 students from a middle school in Yinchuan were surveyed by using the questionnaire of adolescent sub-health multidimensional assessment. Height and weight measurements were performed to calculate BMI. Results Among 2 660 students, the detection rate of underweight was 25.8%, normal weight was 62.7%, overweight was 9.4% and obesity was 2.1%. There were significant differences in the distribution of BMI between different grades and sexes (P <0.05). The detection rates of physical, mental, physical and psychological sub-health symptoms of middle school students were 59.2%, 45.3% and 50.2%, respectively. Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that grade, drinking status, father’s literacy, physical activity, academic performance, family economic status and BMI were the influencing factors of the secondary health status of middle school students (P <0.05). Conclusion Schools and parents should cooperate with each other to increase students’ physical training time and develop good living habits.
