在设计Luk壳体压铸模时,由于静模抱紧力远大于动模的,造成了脱模困难、废品率高。为此,对模具进行了二轮次改进:一是在模具上安装顶杆提前回位拉杆,铸件变形的情况得到了改善,铸件抱死在静模的现象也减少;二是增加静模抽芯机构,并在动模和中间板之间增加摆钩机构。由于消除了静模最大的抱紧力,铸件能顺利脱模,因变形导致的废品得以消除。
