一、设备分类的目的 我国纺织企业长期以来推行以修理周期结构为主的计划预修制,它有着强制性和有计划、有规律、便于督促检查的优点。但是,它有如下缺陷: 1.维修的针对性不强,具有精、大、稀、贵特征的重点设备管理不突出,使一些对生产影响不大的设备也投入大量人力、物力、财力去预先定期检查和修理,规定了较大的拆车范围,耗费了过多的劳动,存在着过剩维修,维修周期长,停台损失大。备件占用资金多。 2.维修工作只着眼于恢复设备的物理性能和工作能力,而未能把设备维修与降低维修成本联系起来分析。维修费用没有严格控制,实际上是用多少,算多少,从大修理基金支出或直接摊入成本,基本上不计成本,不讲究经济性。 针对这两个严重的缺陷,结合纺织工业生产特点和纺织设备的特性来进行全面的分析,我们认为应当确定最合理、最经济的维修方式来解决。它的基点就是运用设备分类的方法。在保证设备维修质量的前提下,达到突出重点设备,保证重要设备,减少和避免过剩维修,减少维修工作量,缩短维修工期,降低维修成

Expenses from major repairs or direct amortization of costs are basically excluding cost and not economical. In view of these two serious defects, combining the characteristics of textile industry production and the characteristics of textile equipment, we believe that the most reasonable and economical maintenance method should be determined. Its basic point is to use equipment classification methods. On the premise of guaranteeing the quality of equipment maintenance, we will highlight key equipment, ensure important equipment, reduce and avoid excess maintenance, reduce maintenance workload, shorten maintenance period, and reduce maintenance.
