有过农村生活经历的人,对这样的场景并不陌生:由于农村电网薄弱、供电线路质量低、变压器容量小等因素,导致供电可靠性差,经常出现低电压现象。特别是随着我国新农村建设的提速,农村用电负荷快速上升,原有的变压器容量及线路根本满足不了用电需求,在负荷高峰期用电“卡脖子”现象突出,跳闸频繁,农民朋友的家用电器大多成了摆设。
