国家电网公司一直处于输变电领域的垄断地位。垄断能够将优势的资源集于一处,但却不能将因垄断而生的优势资源转化为企业的核心竞争力。对于国家电网公司而言,一支高智能、高素质的人力资源队伍应该成为其核心竞争力所在。思想政治工作在培养优秀员工队伍、建设优秀企业文化、提高服务质量等方面起着至关重要的作用。它能够为企业决策提供理论依据和方向保障,为企业政策执行提供智力支持,并为企业资源整合提供支持系统。但当前电网企业的思想政治工作现状不容乐观,传统思想政治教育手段效果不佳。要发挥思想政治工作在打造高素质人才队伍中的作用,必须在“做”字上下功夫。
State Grid Corporation has been a monopoly in the field of transmission and distribution. Monopolies can put together the advantages of resources, but they can not be superior to monopoly resources into the core competitiveness of enterprises. For the State Grid Corporation, a highly intelligent, high-quality human resources team should be its core competitiveness. Ideological and political work plays a crucial role in cultivating outstanding staff, building a good corporate culture and improving service quality. It can provide theoretical basis and direction guarantee for enterprise decision-making, provide intellectual support for the implementation of enterprise policy, and provide support system for enterprise resource integration. However, the present situation of ideological and political work of power grid enterprises is not optimistic, and the traditional methods of ideological and political education are ineffective. In order to bring into full play the role of ideological and political work in building high-quality qualified personnel, we must work hard on the words “doing”.
