[目的]研究链霉蛋白酶在胃镜检查质量参数的作用。[方法]选择我院200例拟接受胃镜检查的患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组100例,胃镜检查前给予观察组服用盐酸利多卡因胶浆和链霉蛋白酶,给予对照组单纯服用盐酸利多卡因胶浆,观察2组患者消化道气泡产生程度、胃内视野清晰度以及胃镜检查所用时长。[结果]观察组胃镜视野清晰度有效例率为74例(74.0%),对照组有效例率为42例(42.0%),观察组有效率显著高于对照组(χ~2=21.018,P<0.05);链霉蛋白酶服用时间对胃镜视野清晰度无显著影响;观察组平均胃镜完成时间为(11.83±1.65)min,显著小于对照组的(15.10±1.87)min(t=13.112,P<0.05);观察组出现恶心2例,不良反应发生率为2.0%,对照组出现恶心4例、呕吐1例,不良反应发生率为5.0%,2组患者不良反应发生率差异轻微(χ~2=0.248,P>0.05),差异无统计学意义。[结论]链霉蛋白酶可有效分解消除胃腔内黏液和泡沫,保护胃镜视野清晰,缩短胃镜检查操作时间,且无严重不良反应发生,用药安全,可有效提高胃镜检查质量,特别是对于直径<5mm的微小病变,提升胃镜微小病灶或者早期胃癌的检出率。值得临床大力推广。
[Objective] To study the effect of pronase on quality parameters of gastroscopy. [Methods] A total of 200 patients enrolled in our hospital who were enrolled in the endoscopy were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 100 cases in each group. The average endoscopy time of the observation group was (11.83 ± 1.65) min, which was significantly lower than that of the control group (15.10 ± 1.87) min (t = 0.05). In the observation group, nausea occurred in 2 cases and the incidence of adverse reactions was 2.0%. In the control group, nausea occurred in 4 cases and vomiting in 1 case. The incidence of adverse reactions was 5.0%. There was slight difference in adverse reactions between the two groups (χ ~ 2 = 0.248, P> 0.05), the difference was not statistically significant. [Conclusion] Pronase can effectively decompose and eliminate mucosa and foam in gastric cavity, protect the gastroscope field of vision clearly, shorten the time of gastroscopy operation, and no serious adverse reactions, medication safety, which can effectively improve the quality of gastroscopy, especially for the diameter < 5mm small lesions, enhance the small lesions of gastroscope or early detection rate of gastric cancer. Worth clinical promotion.
