21世纪作为知识经济时代,科技和人才在发展过程中的战略地位越来越突出。区域经济发展离不开当地先进的科学技术和优秀的人才资源,地方高校作为科技和人才的产地,其在区域经济发展中的作用应该被重视。市校深度融合,能充分利用地方高校科技人才优势服务当地经济发展,但如何做好深度融合,融合后以何种路径发展一直是学者共同探索的问题。笔者以黑龙江八一农垦大学(简称八一农大)为例,通过八一农大与大庆市长期以来的实践探索,发掘市校融合促进当地经济发展的新路径。
As an era of knowledge-based economy in the 21st century, the strategic position of science and technology and talents in the development process has become more and more prominent. Regional economic development is inseparable from the local advanced science and technology and excellent human resources. As a place of origin of science and technology and talent, local colleges and universities should pay more attention to their role in regional economic development. The deep integration of municipalities and schools can make full use of the advantages of local universities and scientific and technological personnel to serve the local economic development. However, it is always a matter of joint exploration among scholars how to make a deep integration and how to develop after integration. Taking Heilongjiang August First Land Reclamation University (referred to as 81 Agricultural University) as an example, this paper explores the long-term practice of Bayi Agricultural University and Daqing City to explore a new path of urban-rural integration to promote local economic development.
