为了实现非接触式构造深度量值溯源,提升路面构造深度测量结果准确性及路面抗滑性能评价可靠性,采用高精度激光测距传感器作为主标准器,利用相对运动原理,从理论分析了用静态测量代替动态测量的科学合理性,克服了构造深度测量对象无法复制的难题。并在此基础上,从分析硬件组成和论述关键技术问题两方面,提出了一套由构造深度标准盘、高精度激光传感器和位移驱动及速度匹配装置3个核心部件组成的硬件装置,并通过实测数据评价了其不确定度。分析结果表明:应用提出的方法,复现量值的不确定度为0.3%,对激光构造深度仪进行了检验后,检测试验道路构造的深度为0.93mm,与应用铺砂法的测量结果一致。提出的方法为提高路面抗滑性能的可靠性评价提供了有效途径。
In order to trace the depth of non-contact structure, enhance the accuracy of pavement depth measurement results and evaluate the reliability of pavement slip resistance performance, a high-precision laser distance-measuring sensor is adopted as the main standard device. Based on the principle of relative motion, Static measurement replaces the scientific rationality of dynamic measurement and overcomes the problem that the depth of measurement object can not be copied. On the basis of analyzing the hardware composition and discussing the key technical issues, a set of hardware devices composed of three core components of depth standard disk, high precision laser sensor, displacement drive and speed matching device are proposed and adopted The measured data evaluated its uncertainty. The results of the analysis show that the uncertainty of the reproducible value is 0.3%. The depth of the test road structure is 0.93mm, which is consistent with the measurement results of sand application . The proposed method provides an effective way to improve the reliability of pavement slip resistance.
