近年来,随着吸用海洛因者逐渐增多,与海洛因相关的肾病也时有发生。我科在2000年6月至2000年10月即收治3例因滥用海洛因导致的急性肾功能衰竭（ARF）,通过此3例的临床与肾活检资料,就滥用海洛因所致的ARF及与其相关的肾病加以讨论。临床资料例1 患者男性,26岁,因无尿、腰痛7d入院。既往有间断吸食“海洛因”史3年。于入院前7d饮酒过量,静脉注射自来水混合之“海洛因”后出现神志不清,次日清晨被发现时处于昏睡状态,清醒后诉腰痛及双下肢疼痛,送当地医院就诊。以后尿量进行性减少,尿呈浓茶
In recent years, with the gradual increase in inhaled heroin, heroin-related nephropathy has also occurred from time to time. In the past there was intermittent smoking “heroin” history of 3 years. 7d before admission, excessive drinking, intravenous tap water mixture of “heroin” after the unconscious was found the next morning in a lethargic state, wake up after complaints of low back pain and lower extremity pain, to the local hospital. After the urine decreased, urine was concentrated tea
