文化是一个民族的精神和灵魂,是国家发展和民族振兴的强大力量。中国文化的传承与振兴,迫切需要大力发展文化事业和文化产业。然而中国文化产业发展相比世界先进国家,创新机制匮乏,技术手段落后,专业人才紧缺,文化产业发展滞后,对GDP贡献小。要振兴中国文化产业,必须大力发展文化事业和文化产业,同时要借鉴世界发达国家的成功经验,洋为中用,博采众长,不断推动文化大发展大繁荣,提升国家文化软实力,用中华民族传承下来的文化精华和现代的和谐文化,引导社会,感化民众,推动社会发展。
