一、前言随着全面质量管理工作的不断深入,全面质量管理的思想体系已从工业企业渗透到了教育等各领域,从国外逐步传到国内,并在一些学校做了初步尝试。积累了一些经验的教育质量评估实质上就是全面质量管理思想、理论和方法在教育系统的具体运用。目前,教育质量评估的理论研究较多,而按全面质量管理理论来进行管理功能分析的较少。本文仅以工业企业创质量管理奖评奖条件分类为依据,对教育质量评估进行管理功能符合性分析,并对教育质量评估以及全面质量管理在教学过程的应用提出几点看法。
I. INTRODUCTION With the continuous deepening of the overall quality management work, the ideological system of total quality management has penetrated from the industrial enterprise to education and other fields, gradually passed from abroad to the domestic, and made initial attempts in some schools. The education quality assessment that has accumulated some experience is essentially the specific application of total quality management ideas, theories and methods in the education system. At present, there are many theoretical researches on the evaluation of education quality, but there are few analysis on management functions based on total quality management theory. This article is based only on the condition classification of industrial enterprises creating quality management awards, and analyzes the conformity of management functions for education quality assessment, and puts forward some views on the application of education quality assessment and total quality management in the teaching process.
