目的 探讨化疗对肝癌患者T淋巴细胞内的白细胞介素 2 (IL 2 )、干扰素γ(IFN γ)的影响。方法 应用单克隆抗体和流式细胞术 (FCM )分析 31例肝癌患者化疗前后T淋巴细胞内IL 2、IFN γ水平的变化。结果 肝癌患者化疗后T淋巴细跑内IL 2和IFN γ均较化疗前降低 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;静脉化疗组与介入化疗组化疗前后T淋巴细胞内IL 2及IFN γ改变差值均无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;不同临床分期化疗前后IL 2及IFN γ改变差值均无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 化疗药物可通过降低T淋巴细胞内的IL 2、IFN γ水平而影响细胞免疫功能 ,导致机体免疫功能降低。
Objective To investigate the effect of chemotherapy on interleukin 2 (IL 2) and interferon γ (IFN γ) in T lymphocytes of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods Monoclonal antibodies and flow cytometry (FCM) were used to analyze the changes of IL-2 and IFN-γ levels in T lymphocytes of 31 patients with hepatocellular carcinoma before and after chemotherapy. Results IL-2 and IFN-γ levels in T-lymphocyte subsets of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma were significantly lower than those before chemotherapy (P < 0.05). Differences in IL-2 and IFN-γ levels in T-lymphocytes before and after chemotherapy in intravenous chemotherapy group and interventional chemotherapy group There was no significant difference (P > 0.05); there was no significant difference in the changes of IL 2 and IFN γ before and after chemotherapy in different clinical stages (P > 0.05). Conclusion Chemotherapy drugs can affect the cellular immune function by decreasing the levels of IL 2 and IFN γ in T lymphocytes, leading to a decrease in immune function.
