我段自1975年配属东风_4型内燃机车以来,由于段内无清洗设备,故机车燃油箱长期未清洗,致使箱内积存的水分和杂质越来越多,严重地影响着机车质量和行车安全。为了提高机车质量,节约燃油,我们设计了一套清洗装置,对燃油箱进行定期清洗。它是利用风压使柴油产生4~5公斤压力进行清洗的,洗后的污油经过滤后仍可使用。该清洗装置的结构如附图所示。其工作过程如下: 被清洗的机车按规定位置停放在清洗股道
