本文以CS—920高速薄层扫描仪对吉林红参、高丽红参和日本红参中的皂甙含量进行比较测定,其方法较CS—900、CS—910薄层层析扫描仪测定方法先进,不仅操作方法简单,容易掌握,准确度高,而且测定速度快。测定结果表明,各种人参中皂甙含量从高到低依次为:吉林集安产边条红参>南朝鲜高丽红参(天字)>日本红参、抚松红参>南朝鲜高丽红参(地字)、北朝鲜红参。
In this paper, CS-920 high-speed thin-layer scanner was used to compare the contents of saponin in Jilin red ginseng, Korean red ginseng and Japanese red ginseng. The method was more advanced than CS-900 and CS-910 thin layer chromatography scanners. Not only the operation method is simple, it is easy to grasp, the accuracy is high, and the measurement speed is fast. The results showed that the content of ginsenosides from high to low in various ginseng was ranked as follows: Jilin Ji’an yielded edge red ginseng> South Korea Korea red ginseng (Tianzi)> Japanese red ginseng, Fusong red ginseng> South Korea Korean red ginseng (landmark), North Korea red ginseng.
