随着我国经济体制改革进一步深入,卫生事业的发展面临着许多新矛盾,传统的劳动人事制度制约了医院的发展与生存。劳动人事制度的改革是医院诸项改革最关键的一场攻坚战。近年来,江西省樟树市卫生局在劳动分配制度、用人制度、职称评聘、专业技术人员竞争上岗、乡镇卫生院富余人员分流及卫技人员易地交流等方面进行了积极的探索,基本形成了适应各级医院发展需要的劳动人事制度,增强了医院活力。
