近年来,我国的房地产业得到了快速发展,在发展过程中也出现了不少问题。政府对房地产业进行适当的宏观调控,有助于社会经济持续、健康发展和保持国民经济总量的平衡发展。政府对房地产业进行宏观调控有其必要性和重要性,各地政府在贯彻国家相关政策、完善调控方法的同时,也需要制定和完善相关的法律法规,以确保宏观调控的落实。
In recent years, China’s real estate industry has been rapid development, in the process of development, there have been many problems. The appropriate macro-control of the real estate industry by the government will help maintain a sustained and healthy socio-economic development and maintain a balanced development of the total national economy.
