螺旋离心机减速器的超负荷保护,多数是采用如图1所示的简单机构。减速器的杠杆1在工作位置时贴靠着被弹簧3顶紧的保护机构的杠杆2。当减速器传动的力矩增大时,减速器杠杆1作用到保护机构杠杆2上的力也增大。如果这个力超过允许值,保护机构就发生动作,弹簧3被压缩,杠杆2绕轴心线转动,从而使减速器的杠杆1脱空。利用螺丝4可以对使保护机构动作的力作小范围的调节。
Spiral centrifuge reducer overload protection, the majority are shown in Figure 1 using a simple mechanism. In the working position, the lever 1 of the speed reducer bears against the lever 2 of the protection mechanism which is tightened by the spring 3. As the torque transmitted by the reduction gear increases, the force acting on the lever 2 of the protection mechanism by the reduction gear lever 1 also increases. If this force exceeds the allowable value, the protection mechanism is actuated, the spring 3 is compressed, and the lever 2 is rotated around the axis so that the gear lever 1 is made empty. The use of screws 4 can make a small range of adjustments to the force that moves the protection mechanism.
