用固相多肽合成方法合成了痛稳素(nocistatin), 并进行了以下几个方面的研究: (1) 对大鼠整体血压的影响; (2) 对大鼠后肢血管阻力的影响; (3) 对去内皮细胞的兔胸主动脉、腹主动脉、股动脉离体血管螺旋条张力的影响; (4) 对孤啡肽引起的大鼠整体血压降低作用的影响. 结果发现:痛稳素具升高大鼠整体血压、增大大鼠后肢血管阻力、引起去内皮细胞的兔腹主动脉和股动脉离体血管螺旋条收缩的作用, 对孤啡肽引起的大鼠整体血压降低作用无显著影响.
