应用生化法检测不吸烟的特发性肺纤维化患者10例及正常对照者6例支气管肺泡灌洗液和血中谷胱甘肽水平,判断氧化剂—抗氧化剂失衡与肺纤维化的关系。结果:支气管肺泡灌洗液中谷胱甘肽水平明显低于正常对照组(P<0.05);血中谷胱甘肽含量两组无明显差别。表明肺组织局部谷胱甘肽降低对纤维化形成有一定作用
Biochemical methods were used to detect bronchoalveolar lavage fluid and glutathione levels in 10 non-smokers patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis and 6 normal controls to determine the relationship between oxidant-anti-oxidant imbalance and pulmonary fibrosis. Results: The level of glutathione in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid was significantly lower than that in the normal control group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in glutathione content between the two groups. This shows that the reduction of glutathione in lung tissue has a certain effect on the formation of fibrosis
