如何从当前的实际出发,抓准重点,进一步把企业思想政治工作引向深入?这是企业广大思想政治工作者共同关心的问题。1989年,我们在全厂范围内开展了以国情、省情、厂情、家情为主要内容的“四情”教育活动,从中找到了沟通职工思想,引导职工进行自我教育的一种好形式。一“四情”教育实际上是对职工进行的关于改革开放政策的再教育,是关于党的十一届三中全会以来的路线、方针、政策和“十三大”精神的再教育。
How to proceed from the current reality, grasp the key points and further guide the ideological and political work of enterprises? This is a common concern of a large number of ideological and political workers in enterprises. In 1989, we carried out “Four Emotions” education activities with the national conditions, province conditions, factory conditions and family sentiments as the main content throughout the whole factory. We found a good form of communication between staff and workers and self-education . The “four emotions” education is in fact a reemployment education for workers and staff on the policy of reform and opening up. It is about re-education of the line, principles and policies since the Third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee and the spirit of the “13th CPC National Congress.”
