本院应用蝮蛇抗栓酶治疗脑血栓形成45例,与同期应用低分子右旋糖酐为主治疗的34例相比较。治疗方法:(1)蝮蛇抗栓酶组:蝮蛇抗栓酶0.125～0.25u 溶于250～500ml 生理盐水中静滴,每日一次,14～21天为一个疗程。(2)低右组:低分子右旋糖酐500ml 加复方丹参注射液16ml 静滴,每日一次,14天为一疗程。疗效:蝮蛇抗栓酶组基本治愈10例(22.22%);显效24例(53.33%);有效7例(15.56%);无效4例(8.89%);总有效率91%。低右组:基本治愈3例(8.82%);有效13例(38.24%);无效9例(26.47%);
The hospital application of viper antithrombin enzyme treatment of cerebral thrombosis in 45 cases, with the same period the application of low molecular weight dextran-based treatment of 34 cases compared. Treatment: (1) viper antithrombin group: viper antithrombin 0.125 ~ 0.25u dissolved in 250 ~ 500ml saline intravenously, once daily, 14 to 21 days for a course of treatment. (2) low right group: low molecular weight dextran 500ml plus compound Danshen injection 16ml intravenous infusion once daily for 14 days for a course of treatment. Efficacy: Agkistrodon group basically cured in 10 cases (22.22%); effective in 24 cases (53.33%); effective in 7 cases (15.56%); ineffective in 4 cases (8.89%); the total effective rate was 91%. Low right group: 3 cases (8.82%) were basically cured, 13 cases (38.24%) effective, 9 cases (26.47%) ineffective,
