早期强度是水泥路面质量控制,确定切缝时机和开放交通时间的重要依据。将成熟度理论用于混凝土早期强度预测已经较为成熟和完善。在简要回顾成熟度理论的发展过程后,通过对标准养生和自然养生混凝土试件早期强度发展规律的分析,评价了不同成熟度算法和强度成熟度关系模型的预测效果。推荐采用度时积成熟度算法和对数函数的强度成熟度关系模型作为公路工程实践中快速推定混凝土早期强度的方法。
Early strength is the cement pavement quality control, to determine the timing and opening of an important basis for traffic time. The maturity theory for concrete early strength prediction has been more mature and perfect. After briefly reviewing the development of maturity theory, this paper evaluates the predictions of the relationship between maturity algorithms and intensity maturity models by analyzing the early strength development of standard health and natural health concrete specimens. It is recommended to use the relationship between the maturity degree of time product maturity and the maturity of logarithmic function as a method to quickly estimate the early strength of concrete in highway engineering practice.
