张辉从江西财院毕业后,被分配到由省政府主管的赣江宾馆财务处,成为一名财会人员。过了两年与数据打交道的枯燥生活后,肚子里装满了企业经营之道的张辉,很想找个机会实际操练一番。1999年,赣江宾馆对后勤部门进行剥离,以减轻宾馆的经营成本及资金流通压力,将宾馆里面的打印社、百货超市、美容院、茶座、舞厅、员工食堂、洗衣房进行内部招标承包。承包公告一出,两天之内,除了洗衣房和打印社之外,其余都被人夺标了。张辉认为这是一个绝好的创业机会。眼看着没希望了,不禁十分着急。
