本文以南京国民政府时期苏州商会为研究对象,以档案资料为主从三个方面考察商会以其组织性力量在农资、农产品、抗灾、金融等方面予农业以积极的支持。文章还对商会对农业的扶持的内外原因进行了探析,认为商会作为一种民间组织对当时城乡社会的良性运行有一定的积极作用。 This article takes the Suzhou Chamber of Commerce during the period of the Nanjing National Government as the research object and the archival materials as the mainstay to examine the three aspects of the Chamber of Commerce for its organizational strength in agriculture, agricultural products, disaster relief, finance and other aspects of agriculture to give positive support. The article also analyzes the internal and external reasons for the support of agriculture by the chamber of commerce. It thinks that the chamber of commerce as a kind of non-governmental organization has certain positive effect on the healthy operation of the urban and rural areas at that time.
