本文叙述了我国水工混凝土使用引气剂的概况,充分肯定引气剂在提高大坝混凝土的质量,节约水泥用量,加快施工速度和降低工程造价方面所起的重要作用。同时指出,目前国产的混凝土引气剂尚存在降低强度、生产较为麻烦、使用不便等问题。针对这些问题,作者与有关科研单位和化工厂共同研制出了新型的混凝土引气剂——RSF。 本文介绍合成RSF引气剂的反应原理,RSF的主要物化性能以及RSF引气剂的特性。同时列出了RSF与国产的同类产品PC—2和日本的亚马索“文沙剂”性能比较资料。资料表明,RSF引气剂在改善混凝土和易性、引气能力等方面均超过国产同类产品及日本的亚马索“文沙剂”。
This paper describes the general situation of using air-entraining agent in hydraulic concrete in our country and fully affirms the important role played by air-entraining agent in improving the quality of dam concrete, saving the amount of cement, speeding up the construction and reducing the construction cost. At the same time, it is pointed out that the current domestic concrete air entraining agent still has the problems of lowering strength, producing more troublesome and inconvenient to use. In response to these problems, the author and the relevant research institutes and chemical plants jointly developed a new concrete air entraining agent - RSF. This article introduces the reaction principle of synthetic RSF air-entraining agent, the main physical and chemical properties of RSF and the properties of RSF air-entraining agent. Also lists the RSF and domestic similar products PC-2 and Japan Yamasuo “sand agent” performance comparison. Data show that RSF air-entraining agent in improving concrete workability, air entrainment capacity and more than the domestic similar products and Japan’s Yamaha “sand powder agent.”
