减肥手术是当前最常见的主要美容外科手术方法之一,其可分为单纯吸脂术;皮肤肤脂肪切除术,腹壁减肥成形手术联合其它美容手术及腹壁成形联合腹内或盆腔内手术。皮肤脂肪切除已有数十年历史,1889年Kelly首先进行腹部减肥手术,1946年Somalo明确提出腹部脂肪和皮肤切除术。而吸脂减肥术自1972年RiodeJaneiro国际美学外科会议上文献报告至今仅有10余年历史,但发展很快。近年来对减肥手术的并发症及项防和安全度进行研究和总结,下而就此进行综述。
