目的了解2002-2011年罗城县婚前医学检查(婚检)情况,为制定婚检政策提供科学依据。方法根据妇幼卫生工作报表中婚前医学检查报表,对2002-2011年罗城县婚检资料进行统计分析。结果 2002-2011年罗城县年平均婚检率为42.08%,2004-2006年全县年平均婚检率最低,为0.000 5%;2010-2011年平均婚检率最高,为91.66%;10 a平均婚检疾病检出率为9.15%,其中指定传染病、内科系统疾病、生殖系统疾病、精神病、严重遗传病检出率分别为4.25%、3.53%、1.25%、0.09%、0.02%;出生缺陷年平均发生率为10.96‰,2002-2007年出生缺陷发生率(13.5‰)明显高于2008-2011年出生缺陷发生率(8.62‰);2011年全年地中海贫血筛查7 079人,阳性1 401人,阳性率19.79%,男女双方阳性72对,双阳性率2.03%。结论加强婚检,提高婚检率,对提高出生人口素质,降低出生缺陷具有重要意义。提高婚检率要采取免费婚检、实行婚姻登记和婚检一站式服务模式、加强婚检重要性的宣教和开展优质服务等综合措施才能达到最好的效果。
Objective To understand the premarital medical examination (premarital examination) in Luocheng County from 2002 to 2011 and to provide a scientific basis for formulating the premarital examination policy. Methods Based on the premarital medical examination report in the maternal and child health report, statistical analysis was conducted on the data of premarital examination in Luocheng County from 2002 to 2011. Results The annual average premarital examination rate was 42.08% in 2002-2011. The average premarital rate was 0.0005% in 2004-2006. The average premarital examination rate was 91.66% in 2010-2011. The average premarital examination rate in 10 years The detection rate of the disease was 9.15%. The detection rates of the designated infectious diseases, medical system diseases, reproductive system diseases, psychosis and serious genetic diseases were 4.25%, 3.53%, 1.25%, 0.09% and 0.02% respectively. The average annual number of birth defects (10.66%). The incidence of birth defects (13.5% o) in 2002-2007 was significantly higher than that of birth defects (8.62% o) in 2008-2011. In 2011, 7 079 people were screened for thalassemia and 1 401 were positive , The positive rate of 19.79%, male and female positive 72 pairs, double positive rate of 2.03%. Conclusions Strengthening the premarital examination and raising the rate of premarital examination are of great significance to improving the quality of the birth population and reducing birth defects. To improve the rate of premarital examination to take free premarital examination, the implementation of marriage registration and pre-marital examination one-stop service model, to strengthen the premarital preaching mission and to carry out quality services comprehensive measures to achieve the best results.
