近一段时间,有关禽流感、口蹄疫以及疯牛病的报道越来越受到人们关注,一方面因为这些重大疫病对所在国经济的严重影响,另一方面则缘于这些畜禽食品与人类生活的息息相关。
Recently, reports of bird flu, foot-and-mouth disease and mad cow disease have drawn increasing attention because of the serious impact these major diseases have on the economies of their host countries and on the other hand the close relationship between these livestock foods and human life.
