文章通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计法,对上海市部分高校擒拿与格斗课程的开展情况进行调查,分析学生选课的动机,课的指导思想、课的目标、教学内容、评价体系等几个方面,了解上海市高校擒拿与格斗课程的开展现状及存在的问题,各擒拿格斗类课程在高校中均有开展,但开展程度有所区别。学生选课的热情高昂、动机明显,但由于硬件设施落后、师资力量不足等问题使其开展受到限制。
Through literature, questionnaire, interviews and mathematical statistics, this paper investigates the progress of the grasping and fighting courses in some colleges and universities in Shanghai, analyzes the motivation of the students to choose courses, the guiding ideology of the lessons, the aims of the lessons, the teaching contents, Evaluation system and so on, to understand the present situation and existing problems of the grasping and fighting courses in colleges and universities in Shanghai. All kinds of arresting and fighting courses are carried out in colleges and universities, but the degree of their carrying out is somewhat different. Students have high enthusiasm for elective courses and their motivation is obvious. However, due to the lack of hardware facilities and the shortage of teachers, the students are restricted in their efforts.
