结合大同矿务局开展综采工作面设备及井上固定设备机械工况监测的现状,论述了“油—磨屑”综合监测诊断技术在煤矿机电设备管理中的重要地位;应用冲击脉冲技术对固定设备的轴承进行健康诊断测试的可行性;在井上、下建立乳化液泵站,利用泵站故障监测仪器,实施乳化液泵站健康诊断的必要性以及可推广性。并就文中谈到的故障诊断系统所应用的主要分析仪器的种类、用途及原理,总结了大同矿务局多年来应用故障诊断综合分析技术的经验和体会。
