在系统研究影响渐开线直齿齿轮机构齿面磨损诸因素的基础上,设计对应的磨擦轮磨损实验装置,提出运用实验方法测定主动磨擦轮表面的磨损量,确定磨损常数,并推导出可确定齿轮机构齿面磨损量及磨损寿命的估算公式。
On the basis of systematically studying the factors that affect the tooth surface wear of involute spur gear mechanism, the corresponding wear mechanism of the friction wheel was designed.
