受体酪氨酸激酶A(trk A)与中枢神经细胞的再生和分化密切相关;不同原因引起的中枢神经系统损伤时trk A受体及其配基神经生长因子(NGF)表达增加。trk A受体表达增加对于中枢神经细胞损伤后存活及突触重建,形成神经环路和改善脑功能具有重要意义。
Receptor tyrosine kinase A (trk A) is closely related to the regeneration and differentiation of CNS cells. The expression of trk A receptor and its ligand Nerve Growth Factor (NGF) is increased during central nervous system injury caused by different causes. Increased expression of trkA receptors is of great importance for survival and synaptic reconstruction after CNS injury, formation of neural circuits and improvement of brain function.
