“The history and memory of the Third Reich” is an important work by western historians to study modern history in Germany. The author Sir Evans is a professor at Cambridge University and the dean of the Wolson College. The book consists of seven chapters, describing and discussing the Republic and the Empire, the internal structure of Germany, Nazi economic policy, the imperial foreign policy, victory and defeat, genocide policies and the final outcome.
